Vodalian Zombie is a bulk role-player at best across the formats where it's legal. In Commander, islandwalk has occasional relevance in blue-heavy metas or against dedicated mono-blue players, but you can't count on it — most tables run three or four opponents, and only one needs an Island for the ability to matter at all. In Pauper, where the format is dense with blue staples and Islands are everywhere, islandwalk is a genuine keyword, though a 2/2 for two still sits at the low end of what aggressive Dimir shells want.
