In Commander, Virtue of Loyalty // Ardenvale Fealty earns its slot in any white token or go-wide deck that can reliably attack — five mana is a real ask, but the adventure half guarantees you're ahead on board the turn you cast it, and the enchantment's upside compounds with every combat. In competitive Commander it's too slow and too reliant on sustained attacks, but at mid-power tables it's a legitimate threat. In Pioneer and Modern it's a fringe option in token-based white aggro, where the adventure's 2/2 can apply early pressure and the enchantment closes games, though both formats have faster, more efficient payoffs. In Legacy and Vintage the card is legal but effectively irrelevant — five mana is a format lifetime in those environments.
