Vampire Aristocrat turns any creature into a +2/+2 pump and a free sacrifice outlet on a 2/2 body for three mana — the outlet part is what you're paying for, not the stats. It's a serviceable sacrifice enabler in Vampire tribal builds, but strictly a budget option you replace once better pieces are available.
Format Analysis

In Commander, Vampire Aristocrat is a role-player in Vampire tribal decks that need a free sacrifice outlet and can't yet afford or find Viscera Seer or Yahenni, Undying Partisan — it fills the slot, nothing more. In Pauper, the common designation matters: sacrifice outlets at common are scarce enough that Vampire Aristocrat sees real consideration in black aristocrats shells where it competes with Bloodthrone Vampire, which is usually the stronger pick for the same mana cost. Legacy and Vintage are non-starters — the power ceiling in both formats makes a vanilla three-mana 2/2 with a sacrifice ability invisible. Modern has better options at every point on the curve, and Vampire Aristocrat doesn't have a realistic home there.

Price Context
Current price
$0.19 bulk tier
At $0.19, Vampire Aristocrat is deep bulk — you're picking it out of a common box, not a store page. That price holds because the card is plentiful and outclassed; don't expect movement in either direction.
