In Commander, Ursine Fylgja fits narrowest in dedicated +1/+1 counter builds — Atraxa, Praetors' Voice or Kathril, Aspect Warper shells that already proliferate or care about counters will get the most mileage from the regeneration sink. Competitive Commander ignores it entirely; the value is too slow and too small for the power level.
