Uncharted Voyage lets you look at the top five cards of your library and put them back in any order — a clean five-deep scry stapled to a cantrip for two mana. The card replaces itself and sets up your next two or three draws, which is a real return on a common slot.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |

| pioneer | legal |
| standard | legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
In Commander, Uncharted Voyage competes against a crowded field of cheap cantrips and topdeck manipulation, and it mostly holds its own — five cards of depth is meaningful when you're digging for a combo piece or land drop on a critical turn. Pauper is where Uncharted Voyage has the most room to shine; the format's cantrip ceiling is lower, and a two-mana draw-one with full reorder control over five cards is a legitimate value piece in tempo and control shells. In Modern and Pioneer the bar is too high — Brainstorm isn't legal in Pioneer but Opt, Consider, and Serum Visions are, and all of them do more for less. Legacy and Vintage have real Brainstorm, which makes Uncharted Voyage irrelevant at those tables.

Price Context
Current price
$0.05 bulk tier
At $0.05, Uncharted Voyage is deep bulk — you're paying essentially nothing for a functional card. Bulk commons rarely move on price unless a deck archetype breaks them out, and there's no current competitive pressure pushing this one upward.
