Unblinking Bleb is a Commander card, full stop — morph synergy only matters in a format where Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer and similar commanders concentrate enough face-down creatures to make repeated Scry 2 triggers meaningful. In Pauper it's technically legal but morph-matters payoffs don't exist at density there, so it sits unused. Legacy and Vintage have the card pool for morph creatures but zero incentive to build around them competitively, and neither Pioneer nor Standard carries the card at all.
