Ugin's Insight is a Commander card through and through — the format's powerful permanents routinely push the scry count into the 5–8 range, where this spell becomes obscene value for five mana. In Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer it's legal but essentially unplayed: fair blue decks don't want a five-mana sorcery, and combo decks have faster, cheaper ways to find pieces. Vintage is the same story — power-level sorceries at five mana don't compete. Oathbreaker can support it in high-CMC shells, but Commander is the overwhelming home.
