Trusted Pegasus grants vigilance and lifelink to a creature it's blocking or being blocked with — a triggered pump effect that lives on a 2/3 flier for three mana. It's a clean fit in decks that want combat keywords stacked on attacking creatures, but outside of Thurid, Mare of Destiny it's too conditional and too slow for most Commander tables.
