Triumphant Reckoning returns every artifact, enchantment, and planeswalker from your graveyard to the battlefield simultaneously — the on-board swing is enormous. Nine mana is the real barrier, and outside of Encroaching Mycosynth or dedicated enchantment-heavy builds, the card sits stranded in hand until the late game.

Triumphant Reckoning is a Commander card, full stop. The 100-card singleton format and longer game lengths give you the time to hit nine mana and fill a graveyard worth reclaiming. In Legacy and Vintage it's technically legal but sees no play — the formats move too fast and the permanent types it returns don't line up with what those formats care about. Oathbreaker is the one other format where it occasionally shows up, specifically in white-blue-black planeswalker-centric builds that treat the mass planeswalker recursion as the whole game plan.

$1.46 cheap tier
At $1.46, Triumphant Reckoning sits in the cheap tier despite being a mythic with a narrow but dedicated audience. It's a reasonable pickup — narrow enough that demand stays low, but Commander's appetite for late-game bombs keeps it from dropping much further.
