Trade the Helm swaps control of two target creatures — yours and an opponent's — giving you their best threat while offloading whatever you no longer need. In Commander, Trade the Helm earns its slot in aristocrats and sacrifice shells where giving away a token or a spent utility creature to snag an opponent's Blightsteel Colossus or Elesh Norn is a clean win — the asymmetry of value is entirely on you to manufacture.
