Topiary Stomper
Creature — Plant Dinosaur
Vigilance (Attacking doesn't cause this creature to tap.)

Topiary Stomper enters as a 3/3 vigilance, fetches a land, and demands an answer — all on turn three. The condition (two or more lands entering before it) is trivially met in most green shells, making this close to unconditional for the decks that want it.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Pantlaza, Sun-Favored
Pantlaza, Sun-Favored triggers on the first dinosaur you cast each turn, and Topiary Stomper's enter-the-battlefield land fetch gets you to Pantlaza faster while also being a dinosaur that triggers the ability itself — it's one of the most efficient double-dippers in the deck.

Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer // Blue, Loyal Raptor
Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer // Blue, Loyal Raptor cares about getting dinosaurs into play, and Topiary Stomper fills that role while simultaneously fixing mana in a three-color shell that punishes stumbles.

Ghalta, Primal Hunger
Topiary Stomper contributes two power toward reducing Ghalta, Primal Hunger's cost and fetches a land to ensure you hit the mana for it — straightforward value in a deck built around presenting enormous power totals fast.

Gishath, Sun's Avatar
Gishath, Sun's Avatar needs to connect on attack, which means surviving to combat, which means making land drops — Topiary Stomper handles ramp duty while being a dinosaur body that Gishath can flip off the top.

Kirri, Talented Sprout
Kirri, Talented Sprout rewards playing multiple creatures per turn, and Topiary Stomper's land fetch keeps the mana flowing to sustain that sequence over multiple turns.

Topiary Stomper's home is Commander, where dinosaur tribal is a genuine archetype and the three-mana land-fetching body slots cleanly into ramp packages that need creatures instead of sorceries. In Modern and Pioneer, a three-mana 3/3 that grabs a basic is simply too slow — Cultivate costs the same and doesn't die to removal. Legacy and Vintage are non-starters for obvious reasons. Topiary Stomper is a Commander card through and through, and it doesn't pretend otherwise.

Price Context
Current price
$0.67 bulk tier
At $0.67, Topiary Stomper is bulk — easy to pick up as a single without a second thought. It sees enough play across dinosaur and creature-heavy green decks that supply stays high and the price isn't going anywhere meaningful in either direction.
