Tomb of Urami puts a 5/5 flying indestructible demon on the board — the catch is you have to sacrifice all your other lands to get it, and then it eats a land each upkeep to stay alive. That cost is almost never worth it outside of decks that are actively trying to have no lands.

In Commander, Tomb of Urami is a fringe piece in mono-black land-sacrifice strategies — Zurzoth, Chaos Rider and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen adjacent builds aside, it almost never earns a slot because the resource destruction is symmetrically ruinous to yourself.
