Thrull Champion gives every Thrull you control +1/+1 and lets you tap or untap a Thrull whenever it attacks — a lord and a pseudo-vigilance/tap-outlet stapled together for four mana. Outside of a dedicated Thrull tribal build, that's a narrow package on a vanilla-statted body, and Thrull tribal is one of the thinnest supported tribes in the game.

Thrull Champion is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees essentially no play in any of them. In Commander, the card demands a Thrull tribal shell that barely exists — the tribe lacks the density and payoffs to compete at most tables, so Thrull Champion spends most games as an understatted lord with nothing to lord over. Legacy and Vintage have no interest in a four-mana creature with no enters-the-battlefield effect and no immediate impact. Oathbreaker is the one fringe case where a Thrull-focused signature spell package could theoretically make use of it, but the tribal support still isn't there to make it worth the slot.

Pricing data for Thrull Champion isn't currently available, but as a narrow tribal lord for one of Magic's least-supported creature types, it tends to sit at bulk or near-bulk levels. Unless you're actively building Thrull tribal, there's no urgency to track it down.
