In Commander, Thorn-Thrash Viashino earns a slot in dedicated devour or sacrifice-value decks where it doubles as a payoff and a board-state reset button — commanders like Prossh, Skyraider of Kher or Lyzolda, the Blood Witch generate the fodder it wants.
