Terrarion replaces itself with a card when it dies, fixes any two colors for one mana, and — in artifact-matters shells — triggers Sly Requisitioner and friends just by existing. The total cost is steep for what you get in a vacuum: two mana to deploy, two more to crack, and you've spent four mana on a cantrip with a colored pip attached.

In Commander, Terrarion earns its slot in Breya, Etherium Shaper or Sharuum the Hegemon shells where cheap artifacts that draw on death are worth more than their mana cost suggests — the card-draw clause and the death trigger both matter. Pauper is where Terrarion genuinely shines: in Affinity and artifact-synergy builds, a zero-or-one-mana cantripping artifact that fixes mana is a real piece of infrastructure. In Modern and Legacy, four mana total for a cantrip with a minor upside doesn't meet the bar — better fixing and better draw exist at every price point.

$0.11 bulk tier
At $0.11, Terrarion is deep bulk — you'll find copies in any common box at your local game store. The price is stable and has nowhere to go; demand is real but narrow enough that this stays a penny rare indefinitely.
