Syndic of Tithes sees essentially zero play outside Commander, where its drain trigger can hit multiple opponents at once and make marginal value add up over a long game. In Pauper it's legal but competing with far more efficient common threats, and the blessed token condition is a liability in non-dedicated builds. Modern, Pioneer, and Legacy have no interest — the rate is simply too low for those formats' speed. In Commander, slot it into a white token or lifegain shell and it earns its place; in a generic good-stuff build, it doesn't.
