Synchronized Charge double-buffs your whole attacking force — +1/+1 and trample across the board for three mana at instant speed — and that math wins combats that shouldn't be winnable. Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan commanders run it because the pump lands in the middle of a swing, not before, which means opponents can't play around it cleanly.

Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan
Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan triggers off creatures attacking with counters already on them, and Synchronized Charge stacks a +1/+1 counter on every attacker mid-combat — meaning a single swing can turn a modest board into a lethal one while simultaneously fueling Felothar's own engine.

Synchronized Charge is legal across the major constructed formats but doesn't crack competitive play in any of them — the effect is too wide and too conditional for formats where the board is rarely clogged with your own creatures at instant speed. Commander is where it earns its slot: attacking with five or six creatures makes the trample clause backbreaking, and the instant timing means you can hold it for blocks or cast it on the opponent's combat step to punish a bad trade. In go-wide Commander decks built around +1/+1 counters, it's a genuine finisher that costs almost nothing in resources to include.

Price Context
Current price
$0.21 bulk tier
At $0.21, Synchronized Charge is bulk — you're paying draft-chaff prices for a card that overperforms in the right shell. Bulk commons and uncommons at this price tier rarely appreciate, but the floor is already the floor; you're buying it for what it does, not what it might be worth.
