Synchronized Charge is legal across the major constructed formats but doesn't crack competitive play in any of them — the effect is too wide and too conditional for formats where the board is rarely clogged with your own creatures at instant speed. Commander is where it earns its slot: attacking with five or six creatures makes the trample clause backbreaking, and the instant timing means you can hold it for blocks or cast it on the opponent's combat step to punish a bad trade.
