Supplant Form bounces a creature and hands you a token copy of it — six mana for a two-for-one that permanently steals the best body on the table. The cost is steep enough that Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty and other spell-value commanders are really the only homes where it earns its slot.

Commander is where Supplant Form actually belongs — singleton tables are full of oversized threats worth copying, and the bounce doubles as removal insurance when an opponent's creature would otherwise end the game. In Legacy, Modern, or Pioneer, six mana at instant speed for a temporary board swing simply doesn't compete with cheaper, more efficient interaction, and you'll almost never see it there. Oathbreaker could support it in a high-CMC storm or spell-slinger shell, but the format's lower life totals favor faster plays, so Supplant Form remains a Commander card in practice.

Pricing data for Supplant Form isn't currently available in the system, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for a live number before buying. Given its narrow competitive home and casual appeal, it typically sits in the bulk-rare range — worth grabbing a copy if you're building the right shell, but not a card to chase at a premium.
