Sun-Blessed Healer puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature and gains you life every time an enchantment enters the battlefield under your control — passive, repeating value that scales with how many enchantments you play. The cost is that it does nothing without an enchantment engine behind it, making it a role-player rather than a standalone threat.

In Commander, Sun-Blessed Healer earns a slot in enchantress decks that flood the board with auras and enchantments — the life gain stacks up fast and the counters spread around your creatures over a long game. Outside of dedicated enchantment shells, it's too conditional to justify the card slot. In 60-card formats like Modern and Pioneer, the effect is too slow and too reliant on critical mass to see meaningful play. Standard is its most plausible competitive home if an enchantment-heavy white deck emerges, but Sun-Blessed Healer still competes with more proactive two-drops for that slot.

Price Context
Current price
$0.20 bulk tier
At $0.20, Sun-Blessed Healer is deep bulk — you're paying almost nothing to pick up copies. Bulk rares can tick up if a synergistic deck breaks out, but this one is likely to stay cheap given how format-specific its appeal is.
