Commander is where Spoils of Blood actually lives — multiplayer boards are consistently stacked with creatures, so a board wipe or sacrifice outlet reliably converts into a token with double-digit stats. Legacy and Vintage have access to it, but those formats rarely want a do-nothing enchantment setup when the game is over faster than you can capitalize on the token. Oathbreaker functions similarly to Commander and can support the same death-trigger shell.
