Sparksmith turns a Goblin-dense board into a repeatable removal engine, pinging any target for X damage where X is the number of Goblins you control — and paying life equal to that same X as the cost. In a dedicated Goblin deck the damage output scales fast enough to clear blockers and pressure planeswalkers, but the life loss becomes genuinely dangerous once you have six or more Goblins out, so running it requires honest accounting of your life total.
