Song of Inspiration puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control whenever a Dragon enters the battlefield under your control — in the right deck, that's a wide anthem stapled to your engine. The cost is the conditional dependency: outside a Dragon-dense shell, it does nothing.

Vrondiss, Rage of Ancients
Vrondiss, Rage of Ancients creates a self-sustaining loop where each Dragon token it spawns triggers Song of Inspiration, which grows the whole board and can retrigger Vrondiss through the enrage mechanic — Song of Inspiration is essentially an anthem that runs on the same fuel as the entire deck.

Song of Inspiration is a Commander card through and through — the Dragon tribal payoffs and go-wide strategies that make it relevant simply don't exist in Legacy or Vintage at any competitive level. In Commander, it fills a real role in Dragon-heavy builds, particularly those generating multiple Dragon tokens per turn, where the counter accumulation becomes substantial over a full game. Outside of Dragon tribal, it's unplayable in any context.

$0.32 bulk tier
At $0.32, Song of Inspiration is deep bulk — the kind of card you pick out of a dollar box rather than buy individually. It's unlikely to appreciate unless a future Dragon commander breaks it wide open, so treat it as a cheap slot-filler for the right tribal build and nothing more.
