Solidarity of Heroes doubles the +1/+1 counters on each target creature for two mana — and it's an instant, so you can pull the trigger at the end of an opponent's turn or in response to a removal spell. In counter-based decks, especially anything built around Skullbriar, the Walking Grave, this is a finisher disguised as a pump spell.

Commander is the natural home for Solidarity of Heroes — multiplayer games give it multiple viable targets on any given board state, and the instant speed means the doubled counters show up when opponents least expect it. In competitive 60-card formats like Modern and Pioneer, it's legal but rarely played; dedicated +1/+1 counter strategies exist there, but the card competes against more efficient options and suffers from targeting only your own creatures. Legacy and Vintage are technically legal but Solidarity of Heroes has no meaningful presence in either format's ecosystem.
