Commander is where Sky Crier does its best work, slotting into any blue token strategy that wants incremental air presence — Alora, Merry Thief, Millicent, Restless Revenant, or any Esper aristocrats list that values flying bodies entering the battlefield. In Pauper, the common printing makes it accessible for flicker and token shells where the steady stream of Birds generates real pressure. Modern and Pioneer have too many efficient two-drops competing for that slot, so Sky Crier rarely makes the cut outside dedicated casual brews. Legacy and Vintage simply have no use for it.
