Skophos Reaver is a tribal-conditional card, which means its playability lives and dies by context. In Commander, it earns a slot only in Minotaur tribal decks — and even there, only because the creature type clause fires constantly. In Pauper it's legal but irrelevant; a 2/2 for two with an upside that requires tribal density doesn't compete. Legacy and Vintage have no Minotaur shell remotely interested in it.
