Siren Reaver hits the table as a 4/3 flyer with haste that makes your opponent sacrifice a creature — immediate pressure and immediate disruption on the same card. The cost is four mana for a body that trades down on size against most threats at that slot, so you need the forced sacrifice to do real work to justify the inclusion.

In Commander, Siren Reaver earns its slot in pirate tribal decks and sacrifice-matters shells where the forced sac doubles as removal while padding your creature count. Outside of Commander, the card doesn't have a competitive home — four mana for a 4/3 with a conditional edict is too slow for Modern and Pioneer, where efficient threats and dedicated removal both outclass it. Legacy and Vintage have no interest in this rate. Siren Reaver is a Commander-exclusive inclusion in practice, regardless of its legal status elsewhere.

Price Context
Current price
$0.09 bulk tier
At $0.09, Siren Reaver is deep bulk — grab a copy without thinking twice if the slot makes sense. Bulk rares with narrow tribal applications don't appreciate, so treat this as a pure utility pickup and nothing more.
