Sidar Jabari gives all Knights first strike on your turn — a blanket combat upgrade that turns a board of medium creatures into a wall of attrition-winners. The cost is that you're locked into a creature type that lives almost entirely in white and black, so every other card in the deck has to earn its slot.

Commander is the only format where Sidar Jabari does anything meaningful — as a legendary creature with a tribal payoff, he's built for the 99 or the command zone of a Knights deck. In Legacy and Vintage he's technically legal but has never seen play; the rate is far too slow for formats that end on turn one or two. Sidar Jabari is squarely a Commander card, and even there he competes with stronger Knight commanders, so expect him in the 99 of synergistic builds more often than at the helm.

Pricing data for Sidar Jabari isn't currently available, so check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for a live number. As an older legendary with a narrow tribal application, he tends to sit at bulk-rare prices — worth picking up cheaply if you're building Knights, but not a card to chase.
