Seeker of the Way is a two-mana threat that punishes spell-heavy shells by growing and gaining lifelink on every noncreature cast. The floor is a 1/1 for two, but in any deck firing four or more spells a game, it's consistently a 3/3 or better with lifelink — that's a real card for a negligible cost.

Seeker of the Way has its best home in Pauper, where two-mana prowess threats are the backbone of white aggressive strategies and every spell trigger translates directly into race-winning lifelink. In Modern and Pioneer it's outclassed by faster threats and more consistent prowess payoffs, so it rarely makes competitive lists. Legacy and Vintage don't want a two-mana creature that needs setup to matter. Commander is the weakest fit — Seeker of the Way competes for slots in 99-card decks where single creatures need to generate lasting value, and a temporary pump that expires at end of turn rarely clears that bar unless the commander specifically rewards noncreature spell volume.

$0.18 bulk tier
At $0.18, Seeker of the Way is deep bulk — you'll find it in any dollar-bin at your local store without looking hard. Bulk commons with narrow competitive applications don't appreciate, so buy as many as you need for pennies and don't think twice about it.
