In Commander, Second Breakfast is a fine role-player in artifact-heavy decks that need cheap, instant-speed recursion without committing a permanent slot to the job. Legacy and Vintage have access to much more powerful artifact recursion at similar or lower costs, so Second Breakfast doesn't compete there except at the fringes.
