Seashell Cameo is a three-mana rock that taps for one of two colors and replaces itself when you sacrifice it — functional, but never exciting. Better two-mana options exist in almost every deck, so this belongs on the bench unless you're deep in a budget build or need the fifth or sixth rock.

Seashell Cameo sees essentially zero play in Legacy and Vintage, where the bar for artifact mana is Sol Ring and Mox territory. Commander is its only realistic home, and even there it competes badly against Arcane Signet, the Signets, and Talismans — all of which enter for the same cost or less and produce mana immediately without sacrificing themselves. The cantrip effect is real and does give Seashell Cameo a small niche in sacrifice-matters or artifact-count decks that want to cycle out their rocks late, but that's a narrow ask.

Price Context
Current price
$0.24 bulk tier
At $0.24, Seashell Cameo is deep bulk — you'll find it in a common box before you bother ordering it. The price reflects its fringe-playability accurately and isn't going anywhere.
