Sealock Monster
Creature — Octopus
This creature can't attack unless defending player controls an Island.: Monstrosity 3. (If this creature isn't monstrous, put three +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes monstrous.)
When this creature becomes monstrous, target land becomes an Island in addition to its other types.

Sealock Monster hits the board as a 5/5 that can grow bigger and turn any land into an Island — the Islandwalk clause turns that land-tap ability into a closing threat in the right shell. The cost is real: six mana for a vanilla-sized creature with no immediate protection is a liability in most fair games.

Sealock Monster is a Commander card through and through — six mana is tolerable in a 40-life multiplayer game, and the Islandwalk payoff scales well when you have other creatures who share the keyword. In Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer it doesn't come close to competing; a six-mana 5/5 with no ETB and no protection gets outclassed by turn three in those formats. Vintage ignores it entirely. Commander is the only context where the Islandwalk-enabler angle actually closes games.

$0.11 bulk tier
At $0.11, Sealock Monster is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not card value. It won't appreciate; this is a pickup-from-the-commons-box card you grab when building a themed or budget sea-creature list.
