Scrapbasket

Scrapbasket is a niche role-player, and Commander is its best home by a wide margin — tribal synergy stacking is endemic to the format, and a body that satisfies every typal condition at once has real utility in five-color or hybrid builds. In Pauper it's technically legal but competes against efficient commons that actually do something, so it rarely makes the cut. Legacy and Vintage give it no meaningful support structure, and it sees essentially zero play there.
