In Commander, Sarcatog finds its best home in artifact-heavy sacrifice shells where the graveyard fills fast and a surprise lethal pump on an unblocked creature is a real line. Legacy and Vintage legality is mostly academic — Sarcatog has never been a competitive player in either format, where the artifact density exists but faster threats dominate. Outside Commander, it's a bulk curiosity.
