Roamer's Routine card art
Roamer's Routine puts a land directly onto the battlefield and replaces itself with a card draw — that's the full package for three mana at sorcery speed. Eshki Dragonclaw lists list it in 13.8% of builds because fixing your colors while refueling is exactly what three-color Dragon strategies need.

In Commander, Roamer's Routine sits in the second tier of three-mana ramp — better than Cultivate in any deck that wants the cantrip over the second land, which is most decks that aren't trying to hit six lands as fast as possible. In Pauper, it competes in a format where every green ramp spell earns its slot on a tight budget, and the draw rider gives it a real edge over basic land-fetchers. In Modern and Pioneer, three-mana sorcery ramp is too slow to see meaningful play. Standard is where the card has its best chance outside of Commander: if your format is slow enough that a 3-mana ramp-plus-draw spell doesn't fall behind, Roamer's Routine pulls real weight.

$0.19 bulk tier

At $0.19, Roamer's Routine is bulk — you're not paying for it, you're just including it. Bulk commons with draw riders rarely spike, so expect this price to stay flat unless a format-defining Standard deck adopts it.
