Resize gives a creature +3/+3 until end of turn and replaces itself — the cantrip is the whole reason to run it. Without that draw, it would be unplayable; with it, it earns a narrow slot in go-wide or infect shells that need cheap pump spells that don't cost card equity.

In Commander, Resize does real work in infect decks where +3 poison counters close a game and the cantrip keeps the hand full — that's its best home across any format. Legacy and Vintage have access to it, but neither format has a shell that wants a sorcery-speed pump spell when Mutagenic Growth and Scale Up exist. Modern is the same story: the competition at this effect is too efficient for Resize to see play. Oathbreaker mirrors Commander closely enough that the same infect-or-bust verdict applies.
