Rescuer Chwinga bounces a nonland permanent you control back to hand — triggering enters-the-battlefield effects a second time — stapled onto a 1/1 body for two mana. The cost is that it only retrieves a card with mana value two or less, which keeps it honest, but in any deck that wants to replay a specific cheap ETB piece, that restriction barely registers.
