Raucous Carnival card art
Raucous Carnival gives each opponent a Treasure and draws you a card for each one they receive — net card draw scaled to the number of players at the table. The symmetrical gift is a real cost, so this card belongs in decks that punish opponents for gaining resources, not in lists that just want cantrips.

In Commander, Raucous Carnival scales directly with the number of opponents — three Treasures handed out means three cards drawn, which is a legitimate return on a single mana investment. Outside Commander, that math collapses: in a two-player game you're drawing one card and spotting your opponent a mana, which is just a bad cantrip. In Pauper it's legal but irrelevant — no competitive archetype wants to gift resources at any price. Standard, Pioneer, and Modern have access to better one-mana draw spells that don't fund the opponent's game plan.

Price Context

Current price

$0.27 bulk tier

At $0.27, Raucous Carnival sits firmly in bulk territory and is unlikely to spike unless a specific Commander archetype pushes it into wider play. Pick it up freely — the price ceiling is low, but so is the barrier to entry for any Treasure-matters or group-hug build that wants it.
