Rampaging Ceratops is legal across every major constructed format but sees essentially zero play outside Commander. In Modern and Pioneer the five-mana slot demands either immediate board impact on arrival or a combo payoff — a vanilla-adjacent beater doesn't make that cut. Standard is the only place a 6/5 trampler with a relevant evasion clause could theoretically see fringe play during a Dinosaur-matter window, but it's never been a serious threat there either. In Commander, Rampaging Ceratops slots cleanly into Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer // Blue, Loyal Raptor builds where the tribe tag matters more than raw stats, and the can't-be-blocked-by-small-creatures clause is genuinely punishing in a format full of token generators.
