Port Razer turns a single swing into a full extra combat for every opponent you connect with — one hit per player means three extra combats in a four-player pod. The five-mana body is acceptable, but the real cost is that it does nothing without evasion or a wide board; pair it with Helm of the Host or slot it into Admiral Brass, Unsinkable and the payoff is immediately game-ending.
Best Commanders
Commanders with the highest synergy

Admiral Brass, Unsinkable
Admiral Brass, Unsinkable makes Port Razer a near-auto-include: Brass reanimates pirates that die in combat, and Port Razer's extra combats mean more attacks, more deaths, more reanimation triggers until the table is out of blockers.

Admiral Beckett Brass
Admiral Beckett Brass rewards hitting three opponents with stealing permanents, and Port Razer stacks extra combats so you can trigger that steal condition multiple times in a single turn.

Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers
Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers care about dealing combat damage repeatedly, and Port Razer supplies the additional combat steps needed to stack those triggers well beyond what a single attack phase offers.

Delina, Wild Mage
Delina, Wild Mage creates temporary creature copies on hit, and Port Razer's extra combats let Delina roll for more copies each step — the two together form a self-reinforcing loop that can spiral out of control quickly.

Breeches, Brazen Plunderer // Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator
Breeches, Brazen Plunderer // Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator converts combat damage into treasure and opponent card theft, and Port Razer multiplies how many times those triggers fire in a single turn.

Port Razer is a Commander card through and through — the multi-opponent clause is essentially dead text in any one-on-one format, and five mana is too slow for Legacy or Vintage without a payoff that scales to those tables. In Commander, though, the design shines: each opponent you connect with grants a separate extra combat, so a single unblocked swing in a four-player pod generates three additional attack phases. Oathbreaker is legal but the one-on-one structure cuts the ceiling dramatically. Stick to Commander.

Pricing data for Port Razer isn't available at the moment — check Scryfall or TCGPlayer for current market values. Given its near-90% inclusion rate in Admiral Brass, Unsinkable decks and heavy play across pirate and extra-combat strategies, demand is consistent enough that it rarely sits in bulk bins.
