Orbweaver Kumo sees essentially no play in Legacy, Modern, or Vintage — five mana for conditional evasion is not competitive in formats where games end before that matters. Commander is the only realistic home, specifically in Spirit tribal decks where the forestwalk clause can blank an opponent's green creatures and turn a wide board into an uncontested alpha strike. Even there, the effect is narrow: it reads as a do-nothing in games against blue, black, or red decks that simply don't run Forests. Oathbreaker is legal but the same caveats apply.
