Olivia's Attendants is a Commander card through and through — multiplayer combat means hitting two or three opponents in a single swing is trivially achievable, and three Blood tokens per attack cycle compounds quickly into real card advantage. In one-on-one formats like Modern, Pioneer, or Legacy, it generates at most one token per attack and costs six mana, which is a losing proposition against any reasonably tuned deck; you won't see it there outside of janky brews. Competitive Constructed has zero interest, but in Commander, especially in Vampire or sacrifice shells, it earns its slot.
