Obelisk of Naya is a three-mana rock that taps for one mana of any of three colors — functional, colorless-free fixing for Naya or five-color shells that need to hit green, white, and red on curve. Obelisk of Naya is a Commander card through and through — the format's longer games and three-plus color decks are exactly where a tapped tri-color fixer is most tolerable. In Naya (Marisi, Brawl), five-color (Jodah, Sisay), or any shell that needs redundant color fixing beyond the premium rocks, it fills a real gap at a price that doesn't sting. Outside Commander, it's legal in Legacy, Vintage, Modern, Pauper, and Oathbreaker, but those formats move too fast for a tapped mana rock that produces no value beyond the mana — it won't see play in any of them.
