Nature's Resurgence draws you a card for each creature in an opponent's graveyard — in Commander, where board wipes and combat are constant, that's regularly five to ten cards for three mana. It's the kind of symmetry that only looks fair until someone's graveyard is full.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |

| modern | not legal |
| pioneer | not legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |

Nature's Resurgence is a Commander card through and through — the format's multiplayer attrition, frequent board wipes, and large creature counts are exactly what make it explosive. In a pod where someone just resolved a Damnation, drawing eight cards for three mana is not unusual. Legacy and Vintage technically permit it, but those formats move too fast and keep too few creatures in graveyards for the payoff to compete with cantrips and tutors. Oathbreaker shares enough of Commander's multiplayer DNA that Nature's Resurgence can occasionally shine there too, but the smaller deck size and faster clock make it inconsistent.

Price Context
Current price
$0.40 bulk tier
At $0.40, Nature's Resurgence sits firmly in bulk territory, and that price is unlikely to move — it's a narrow card with a ceiling defined by how often Commander players recognize its upside. Grab a copy while it's cheap; the worst outcome is a dead card in a slow game, and the best is drawing half your deck.
