Murasa Pyromancer enters and pings a creature or player for each Ally you control or that enters after it — that's a repeating damage trigger stapled to a 3/3 body for six mana. The cost is steep enough that you only run it in dedicated Ally tribal, where the trigger count justifies the slot.

Commander is the only realistic home for Murasa Pyromancer — Ally tribal has the critical mass of creatures needed to make the enter-the-battlefield trigger meaningful, and the six-mana cost is acceptable in a format with consistent ramp. In Legacy and Vintage it's strictly unplayable; the mana cost and creature type have no relevant support structure in those formats. Modern technically allows it but Ally tribal there has never been competitive enough to justify a six-drop with no protection.
