Mistform Warchief makes every Illusion in your hand cost two generic less, stacking with multiple copies and turning a tribal theme into a tempo engine. Minn, Wily Illusionist is the obvious home, but the Warchief earns its slot in any blue Illusion build that wants to go wide ahead of curve.

Outside of Commander, Mistform Warchief is effectively format-locked out of competitive play, which is fine — it was always a tribal support piece built for the long game.
