Minotaur Skullcleaver enters swinging — a 2/1 with haste for two mana that hits the moment it lands. It's a fine role-player in Sethron, Hurloon General, where every Minotaur entering triggers the engine, but outside that tribal home it's too small to matter in Commander.

Sethron, Hurloon General
Sethron, Hurloon General triggers off every Minotaur entering the battlefield, and Minotaur Skullcleaver's haste means it attacks the same turn it fuels that trigger — no setup required.

In Commander, Minotaur Skullcleaver is a Sethron, Hurloon General card and little else — a 2/1 haste body doesn't threaten a 40-life table on its own merits. Pauper is where the haste-for-two rate has historically seen play in aggressive red decks that close games before opponents stabilize. In Modern and Pioneer the card is legal but outclassed by nearly every other two-drop option available to red. Legacy and Vintage don't want it at all.

$0.07 bulk tier
At $0.07, Minotaur Skullcleaver is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not card. Bulk commons don't appreciate; grab a copy for your Sethron list and don't think twice about it.
