Long-Forgotten Gohei is a Commander staple in Spirit-tribal decks and sees essentially zero play anywhere else. In Legacy and Vintage it's legal but irrelevant — the formats move too fast for a three-mana artifact that doesn't immediately affect the board in a meaningful way.
