Liliana's Influence belongs in Commander and nowhere else in practice. In non-rotating 60-card formats like Modern and Legacy the six-mana cost is a dealbreaker — by the time you can cast it, the game is already decided in one direction or another. Oathbreaker is the one exception where the card can shine, specifically in a Liliana-themed pile that needs mass debuff effects on a budget. Commander is where the math works: six mana is reachable, the board-wide counter application hits multiple opponents at once, and Zombie synergy decks have the density to draw three or four cards off the triggered ability.
