Levitating Statue is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but competitive constructed formats have no interest in a three-mana do-nothing-immediately artifact. Commander is the only realistic home, specifically in spellslinger or +1/+1 counter strategies where the trigger fires multiple times per turn cycle and the growing body eventually closes games. Outside of those focused shells, it's too slow and too fragile to justify the slot.
