In Commander, Lantern-Lit Graveyard earns its slot in any black-red or three-color deck that attacks regularly — the land slot cost is low and the upside is pure gravy. In Legacy and Vintage it's legal but irrelevant; those formats have no patience for a tapped dual with a conditional combat trick when true dual lands and fetch lands exist.
